Workplace Violence and Harassment Awareness Training is designed to educate employees about the various forms of workplace violence and harassment, their effects on individuals and the organization, and the measures that can be taken to prevent such incidents. Participants will learn to identify warning signs, understand their rights and responsibilities, and know the proper procedures for reporting incidents.
